Payment and Privacy Policy

PAYMENT POLICY

Reservations are guaranteed by paying 50% of the total amount of the stay, up to 15 days before check-in, after receipt of proof of payment to be sent to the email (reservas@casadamiquelina.pt).
The payment of the remaining 50% of the amount will be made until the time of check in.

CANCELLATION POLICY

In case of cancellation of the stay up to 15 days before the check-in date, the customer will receive the full amount paid for the reservation.
If the cancellation occurs in the 14 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged;
Check-in – runs from 3 pm to 7 pm
Check out – occurs until 11am

PRIVACY POLICY

Casa da Miquelina respects the legal rules regarding the protection of personal data, in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27/04/2016, ensuring that no personal data will be provided to third parties, and there is always a duty of secrecy and confidentiality.
